Is living at 775 Steeles Ave W good for getting to downtown easily

I’m looking at 775 Steeles Ave W for a low-income rental. How’s the TTC service around here for heading downtown? I’ll need to rely on transit for my job. Also, is there decent walking access to bus stops or subway stations nearby? Any insights would help!
