I found a 2-bedroom apartment for $1800 in Scarborough. It’s a bit dated, but it includes utilities and has laundry on-site. I'm on a tight budget, and this seems lower than other listings I’ve seen, but I’m worried it might be too good to be true. Any thoughts?
