1515 Wilson Ave transit options for quick trips downtown?

Thinking about 1515 Wilson Ave and hoping it’s great for commuting downtown. What's the subway or bus situation like from there? I rely on the TTC for my daily grind and need to know if I can easily reach Union Station or work around rush hour traffic. Thanks!
