Living near 1101 bay st for my downtown commute - thoughts?

I'm thinking about moving to 1101 Bay St and I'm curious about how easy it is to get downtown for work. What’s the walk like to the subway? Are the streetcars reliable in the mornings? Also, any tips on cycling routes nearby with bike lanes? Appreciate any insights!
