Flat rate vs hourly movers toronto what's the better deal for a basement apt

I'm moving from a basement apartment in the Annex to a one-bedroom in Parkdale, and I've been quoted anywhere from $100 to $200 per hour for movers. Does anyone know how to evaluate if the hourly rate is worth it, or if I should go for a flat rate to avoid surprise charges on move day?
