Are landlords offering deals near construction zones?

With the Ontario Line and Eglinton LRT construction underway, I've heard whispers of landlords dishing out enticing moves-in incentives or even free rent! Has anyone snagged such deals? It could be worth it to trade some construction noise for perks, right?
