Vent about my search for 1BR Mississauga under $2000

I'm on the hunt for a 1 bedroom in Mississauga under $2000/month and honestly, it's exhausting! Dealing with terrible landlords and finding places with major issues is so frustrating. I just want a decent, affordable 1 bed in a good area. Anyone have suggestions for places that won't break the bank?
