Living near 5 Capri Rd and accessing downtown via ttc

I'm checking out 5 Capri Rd for a potential move and I'm curious about my daily commute to downtown. How easy is it to hop on the TTC from here? Also, are there bike lanes nearby for weekend rides? I'd love to know about walkability and overall vibe getting to Union Station.
