Just wrapped up a few viewings in Toronto and learned a lot. Always check for water stains on ceilings or walls—could mean leaks. Also, ask landlords about utility costs and maintenance issues. A little pressure testing can reveal squeaky doors or bad heating, so don't hesitate to poke around!
