Curious about the scene around 30 Fontenay Crt and local amenities

I’m drawn to 30 Fontenay Crt, but would love to hear more about the local scene! How’s the transit access to downtown? Also, any recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants near by? I’m really interested in the neighborhood character and activities in the area.
