Stumbled on 120 maitland st and curious about local coffee spots

I just discovered 120 Maitland St and I'm drawn to the area. Looks like it's pretty walkable and close to transit. Are there any good coffee shops or local spots nearby that give it a chill, neighborhood feel? I love supporting local businesses!
