How much should i tip movers for a small studio in danforth toronto

I'm moving from a tiny studio on the Danforth and have no idea how much to tip the movers. I'm expecting it to take a few hours with just one truckload. Is there a standard amount or percentage that would be considered appropriate in Toronto? Feeling stressed about this!
