1300 York Mills Rd seems like a gem, but what's the transit scene like?

I'm looking at places around 1300 York Mills Rd and am curious about getting around without a car. How's the TTC access here? Also, are there good walking paths or nearby parks? Trying to balance the condo and apartment options, so any insight would be appreciated!
