Sick of landlords thinking they can pull anything

Another rent increase, seriously? My landlord raised my rent by $400 in just a year – WTF! How is anyone supposed to afford this? I can barely keep up as it is! These bidding wars for decent places are exhausting. I viewed over 15 rentals only to get outbid each time. This market is impossible!
