Any feedback on the area around 28 Balmoral Ave for a new renter?

I’m really drawn to 28 Balmoral Ave, but I’m curious about the overall feel of the area. Are there good grocery stores and restaurants nearby? Also, how’s the transit situation around there, especially on St. Clair Ave? Would love to hear about any hidden gems in the neighborhood!
