How much do toronto movers charge for a narrow staircase challenge

I just signed a lease for a new build condo near Yonge and Eglinton and am moving from the suburbs. The only access is a narrow staircase, and I wonder how much that would affect moving costs. Any tips on what to expect on fees or if extra charges are common for this type of setup?
