How much do movers charge in toronto for small apartment moves

I'm moving into a new condo in Liberty Village with my partner, and we're trying to figure out how much we should expect to pay movers for just heavy furniture—like a couch and a bed. Is $100 per hour reasonable, or are we getting ripped off? Any tips would really help!
