Feels like a hidden gem near 33 Eastmount Ave but is it too far from transit?

I just stumbled upon 33 Eastmount Ave and it looks interesting! I'm curious about how close it is to the TTC and if you can easily walk to local shops or parks. Anyone know if the area is busy with amenities or more residential? I've been scouting in the GTA for the best deals.
