Looking for month-to-month leases in Toronto - need flexibility

I'm in a bit of a bind and unsure about my long-term plans, so I really don't want to commit to anything lengthy. I'm hoping to find month-to-month lease options in Toronto. Also, any insight on parking costs would be great since I have a car. Thanks for any help!
