Curious about 5600 Sheppard Ave E and what's close by

Just found this place at 5600 Sheppard Ave E and I'm intrigued. It's a bit away from downtown, but what’s the transit access like? Are there decent shops or parks nearby? I’d love to know how walkable the area is too, as I won’t have a car right away.
