Living near 260 Gamble Ave and needing good transit options

I'm looking into 260 Gamble Ave and want to know more about TTC connections for commuting downtown. How’s the walk to nearby bus or streetcar stops? Also, are there bike lanes for cycling to work? Any transit insights would be super helpful as I’m kind of in a rush to find a place!
