11 Crescent Pl has me intrigued, but what’s nearby for coffee lovers?

I'm drawn to 11 Crescent Pl because it seems like a vibrant area for young professionals. I'm a big coffee fan and curious if there are good local cafés within walking distance. Also, how easy is it to hop on the TTC from there for weekend outings?
