Exploring options at 700 St for my daily TTC commute to downtown

I’m considering moving to 700 St and I’m curious about how easy it is to get downtown via TTC. Are there reliable streetcar or subway options close by? Also, how bike-friendly is the area for weekend rides? Any insights would be awesome!
