Curious about 10 Chichester Pl and the local food scene

I’m really drawn to 10 Chichester Pl but I’m curious about the nearby food options. Are there any great restaurants or cafes within walking distance? Also, how’s the public transit access in that area? Any other neighborhood perks I might not have spotted?
