Anyone familiar with 2433 Finch Ave W and its nearby amenities?

I’m excited about 2433 Finch Ave W but still curious about the area. How’s the transit situation around here, especially to downtown? Also, are there decent grocery stores and restaurants nearby? I want to know more about the neighborhood character before I make a decision.
