Concerned About Special Assessment Impact on Renters

I've heard there’s a special assessment coming for my condo, and I’m worried it might lead to increased condo fees. Do renters like me end up paying for these special assessments? Are landlords raising rents or offering incentives because of this? I’m considering moving if costs spike.
