3700 Keele St and its transit access to York University

I'm thinking about moving to 3700 Keele St and need to know how easy it is to get to York University from there. Are there good bus or streetcar options? Also, is walking to a subway stop reasonable? Any tips for a reliable commute to downtown would be great!
