Wondering about transit access from 3680 Keele St for downtown jobs

I'm looking at 3680 Keele St and trying to figure out how feasible it is to commute downtown using the TTC. How’s the bus and subway service in this area during rush hour? Also, are there good bike lanes for getting around locally or to transit stations? Any insights would help!
