Another day, another insane rent hike - I can't take this anymore!

How is anyone supposed to afford this? Just saw a bachelor listed for $2800 – are they kidding?! Every time I think I might have a shot at a decent place, it’s already snatched away in minutes. I’m so tired of these ridiculous bidding wars; this market is impossible!
