Is moving to Mississauga worth it?

I'm really conflicted about whether leaving Toronto for Mississauga is the right choice. The cost of living seems lower, but I’m unsure if my current building is rent-controlled and how that impacts my decision. Are the savings worth the move? What are the real pros and cons?
