Saw 65 Windermere Ave and curious about parking and local spots

I’m checking out 65 Windermere Ave and love that it seems walkable. Just wondering about the parking situation and what local cafes or shops are nearby. Any feedback on getting around via TTC too? I’m a bit nervous about approval, so any insights would help!
