Is 5 Crown Hill Pl good for getting to downtown on the TTC

I'm looking at 5 Crown Hill Pl and wondering about the transit situation. How quickly can I get downtown for work using the TTC? Also, are there bike lanes nearby if I decide to cycle sometimes? Any insights on walking distance to a subway or streetcar stop would be helpful!
