Endless Wait for Simple Repairs: I'm at My Wit's End!

It's been over a month since I reported a leaky faucet and a broken heater, and nothing has been done. The landlord always gives excuses, and I'm left freezing at night. I truly worry if they care about their tenants’ safety and comfort. I'm tired of living in this neglect!
