Is my downtown Toronto apartment rent controlled?

Hey everyone! I just moved into a place in the Entertainment District and I'm paying $2,200 for a one-bedroom. I've heard mixed things about rent control here—can anyone clarify if my building is subject to it? What protections do I have as a tenant? Thanks for any insights!
