Thinking about 5 Hahn Pl for a downtown commute, thoughts?

I'm considering moving to 5 Hahn Pl and want to know more about TTC options for commuting downtown. How close are the streetcars and subway? Also, any bike lanes nearby? Walkability is key for me, so any insights would be super helpful!
