How much should i expect to pay for movers in toronto for a studio

I’m in a rush to find affordable movers in Toronto for my studio in Leslieville. My lease ends in two weeks and I’ve had a quote as high as $800! Does anyone know if moving companies charge by the hour or flat rate? I just want to avoid any surprise charges on moving day.
