Exploring transit options at 163 Portland St for school and work

Hey everyone, I'm checking out 163 Portland St and I need some insights on the TTC situation here. I'll be commuting to the U of T campus and possibly working in the downtown area. How frequent are the streetcars, and are there good bike lanes for an easy ride? Appreciate any tips!
