2220 Weston Rd seems interesting, but what’s the local coffee scene like?

Just graduated and eyeing 2220 Weston Rd for my first place. I love being able to grab a good coffee to start my day, so I'm curious about local cafés around there. Also, how easy is it to hop on the TTC? Looking for a mix of walkability and community feel.
