15 Sherwood Ave caught my eye, what's the local scene like?

I’m drawn to 15 Sherwood Ave because of its proximity to Eglinton and the upcoming subway line. Curious about how walkable it is for errands or grabbing a bite. Also, any nice parks or cafes around? I’m looking for a good balance of greenspace and local spots.
