What's the transit like around 10 Crown Hill Pl for downtown work commutes?

I'm considering 10 Crown Hill Pl for my new place, but I rely on the TTC to get downtown for work. How easy is it to hop on a subway or streetcar? Also, are there good bike lanes for getting around if I want to cycle instead? Would love any insights!
