4866 Bathurst St: is it easy to get to downtown by TTC during rush hour?

I'm considering moving to 4866 Bathurst St and want to know how the TTC setup is for getting downtown, especially during peak hours. How's the subway and bus frequency like? I love biking too, are there bike lanes around here for quick commutes? Any insights would be super helpful!
