7 Roanoke Rd seems like a hidden gem for students near transit

Looking at 7 Roanoke Rd and it’s close to transit which is key for campus life. The area seems to have a nice mix of cafes and parks nearby, but I’d love to know if it’s walkable for daily errands. Maybe some insight on local spots would help me out!
