Looking into transit options from 118 Montgomery Ave for work downtown

I'm considering a move to 118 Montgomery Ave and I'm curious about the best transit routes to downtown. How easy is it to hop on the subway or streetcar from here? Any insights on bike lanes or walkability would also be great, I want to avoid long walks or transfers during rush hour.
