Living near 2 The Donway E — transit options for downtown commutes?

I'm really digging the location of 2 The Donway E but want to know more about transit options here. How's the walk to the nearest subway? I'm considering a daily commute to downtown and just want to ensure I can rely on the TTC and maybe even bike to the station. Any insights?
