Checking out 1 terraview blvd for a downtown commute with the ttc

I'm considering 1 Terraview Blvd and want to know how easy it is to catch the subway for my daily trips downtown. Are there good bus connections to the nearest stations? Also, what's the bike lane situation like for some weekend cycling? Thanks for any insights!
