Is 3895 lawrence ave e good for getting downtown via ttc?

I’m looking into 2-bedroom options at 3895 Lawrence Ave E and wondering about the commute to downtown. How’s the TTC service to Union Station from here? Also, are there bike lanes that make cycling a reasonable alternative? Appreciate any insights on transit from the locals!
