Stumbling upon 6 replin rd, is it close to good parks and shops?

I'm looking to downsize and just found 6 Replin Rd. I'm curious about how walkable the area is, especially for parks or local shops. Also, what's the transit situation like nearby? I've heard some changes are happening in the area too.
