Recent changes around 676 Mount Pleasant Rd have my attention

I’ve noticed a lot of new shops popping up around 676 Mount Pleasant Rd and it feels different from a few years ago. I love walking, so I'm curious how pedestrian-friendly this area is. Also, how's the transit access to downtown from here? Seems like a fun spot!
