Really intrigued by the area around 88 Erskine Ave for walking and transit

I'm looking at 88 Erskine Ave and noticed it's pretty central with quick access to the subway. What’s the walkability like around here? I want to check out local coffee spots and parks nearby, and how flat and pedestrian-friendly is this part of town?
