Absolutely loving the area around 72 Gamble Ave in East York

I just can't get enough of the East York neighbourhood surrounding 72 Gamble Ave! It's super walkable, with tons of cafes and restaurants just a short stroll away. Plus, the TTC is super convenient with the Pape Station on the Bloor-Danforth line just around the corner, making my commute a breeze!
